Let's review,
In the first story, what was the man that was attacked by the k-9 doing?
I guess the car dealership incident puts new meaning into, "putting the bite on you"?

K-9s are taught to bite the arms of a person. You can go back and look at how many handlers and other officers, who are wrestling around on the ground, that are bitten by their own dogs.

When I posted the Rhames story it had just been reported. I was wrong.
