This was a sickening story. What is also tough to take is that it happened 20 miles away from where I live. That man (if I can call him that) should be given then highest penalty that the court can impose, then be given the exact treatment he gave to those two innocent pooches. I'm glad that their injuries have been taken care of and that they are doing better.
