Fritz this morning wandering and eating grass.After supper and later all he did was sleep,Mom thought he wasn't feeling his best.Every year at this time,he develops some allergy that causes causes him to itch so he has to scratch it.I went with Mom to the vets yesterday to get some pills called Vanectyl-P.Has to take them twice a day and then once until done,30 pills in the bottle.Yesterday ,Mom gave him one,thought he had swallowed it,apparently he held it in his mouth and spit it out later.Finally got one into him last night.He slept quiet all night,i had a great sleep, to 25 to 7,Mom and Fritz already up,Mom reading the paper.Fritz was hungry today,hardly ate yesterday,had my toast and cereal and Mom's,Mom said she was not going to give him a bit of our food ,she slipped,guess I did too.he has got out of the window and gone to the bedroom and sleeping on the side Dad used to sleep on.

Take it easy with that people food Fritz. You don't want to be sick We don't like to hear that our little man has been sick. We really have to watch what we eat too. We'll get sick with too much people food

Fritz giving me a stare as I take his picture out on the front lawn and Fritz peeking with eye as he was having a snooze on the couch.He did eat all his supper tonight,had a big play afterwards and then snoozed.We have a heck of a time giving him the pills.Mom crushes them,adds syrup to it and I have to hold his mouth open to get it in.Tonight,he had a couple of treats that look like steaks,is no wunder the couch where he will be umtil bedtime.

Fritz sitting out on the steps on a cool morning,54 fahrenheit when I got up.Slept quiet with Mom,the pills make him sleepy.He waited patiently until I finished my pancakes and he got to lick the plate clean.He went outside and wandered,tried getting in the flowerbed,Mom brought him in.he came out the back when he saw me watering plants.He tried getting out the gate to the backyard,glad he was on his leash.What a time we had trying to get a pill into him,he squirms and growls,it was an effort getting it into him,got it finally.Right now,he laying in the doorway to the kitchen as you go in,watching out the back door,Mom making Peach Jam.
