For me, #44 is driving me CRAZY!!!!! I've got the puzzle put together and have been clicking for the last 5 minutes and NOTHING HAPPENS!!!!
Can someone help me on this one. P-L-E-A-S-E!!!

EDIT: Okay, never mind, I just got it.

You have 5 rows of 42's. Each row has 10 42's. Count down, 10,20,30,40 and then in the 5th row, 41, 42.

Move the one with the #44 on it slightly to the left. You'll see circle or dot that it covered. Click the dot. If you arrange the letters, it says "click here" and draws and arrow to the dot. Or you could just move the top piece to expose the circle.
