It turns out that his surgery today is actually going to be to remove a section of his colon

GOOD NEWS. he does not have Cancer. It was just a really nasty infection that just would not go away even with the IV antibiotics. They did the surgery and removed the infected areas. he won't even have to wear a colostomy bag.
Thank you everyone for the prayers. They really work.
