Fritz gazing out from the front step this morning.As you can tell by the wet spots,we had a little rain yesterday,quarter of an inch,helps a little ,though we need much more,it has been a dry summer here.Fritz went to bed with Mom and around midnight woke her up wanting a drink of water.Sometime later he got up on my bed and slept at my feet,never heard him get up.At 20 after 5,he went to Mom wanted Mom to get up,Mom didn't so he stayed there.Crawled up with Mom as she read the paper,had my cereal,then went out on the front lawn wandering,came in and had a big run,ended up on Mom's chair.Fritz now under the dining room table,protecting a sock that Mom had dropped,my sock.

Fritz with my sock late this morning.He only gave it up when he heard the mail coming to the front door.Mom gone to gift shop,one person was on holidays,another didn't bother or doesn't want to do it.I just finished edging the East flowerbed,looks much nicer,also di half of another for a family friend who was having company.This friend of ours is going to be 90 in November,doesn't look it.

Oh Fritz there you are again outside among the pretty flowers with your handsome self right in the midst. What a pretty sight you must make to passersby. Barry, your lawn is so nice and green. Mine is pretty much burnt out now from lack of rain. Fritz, you give that sock back to Barry. He doesn't need holes in his socks. My Bella used to love to steal socks too. Now the only thing that she really still steals is tissues.

Fritz out in the shade this afternoon after supper.I gave him his,never touched,he had a little salad from me,licked my plate clean of Chilli.Sat in the window,even though it was hot,got down and layed in the kitchen.Had a snooze under ther little couch,then let him lick the Vanilla part of my Ice Cream Bar.Had some of Mom's,then layed in my chair,now on the coffee table wagging his tail,probably wants upstairs.

Fritz on guard this morning on the front step.Fritz started off sleeping with Mom,just before this ate his supper and then he kept Mom awake scratching and licking.Around Midnight,he needed a drink,mom had a hard time going back to sleep.After the drink,he was going to lift his leg and that's when Mom took him to his cage.This may be where he ends up staying.Had his morning wander outside,not sure if he had the cereal or toast,now in Mom's chair curled up.Right now a little cool outside 60 fahrenheit,going up to 75-82 depending on who you listen to,maybe a few showers by Thursday,nothing significant.

Fritz on the step this afternoon.He had a little of my Hot Dog for lunch,he didn't before before then he wakes mom up wanting a drink,doesn't have any of ours,he looks to eat our food.He doesn't touch his until just before bedtime.He had a little of his tonight,not getting ours.Just before supper,he was in the window sleeping and must have having a great dream,maybe about Gracie,his Aunties or Dad,he tail was going 40 miles a minute banging against the window,Mom and I got great kick out of that.Now sitting inside the kitchen door,Mom gone to water plants at the cemetery.
