Fritz begging Mom for a snack at lunch,Fritz outside late this afternoon after supper and tonight,all done in after a hard day of lawn duty.We had Big Macs and Fries for supper,Fritz had a few fries after having a little of his.Tonight,he was on the coffee table growling and wagging his tail,he wanted out so I let him out.After coming,growled for a bone squeaky,took it to the top of the chair,had me pick it after he knocks it on the floor,even kissed me for getting it. After this,he look at mom growling and wagging his tail and did the same at me.We asked him if he needed to go out or to bed,then he heads to the cellar door and sits,that's where I put the treats the Aunties gave him,so gave him a couple.Aftrer this escapade,he sat in the chair begging,wanted upstairs,so up he went ansd he started barking,he wanted the drapes open ,I did that and he got in,probably there now.

Fritz in my bed this morning and on the front step after having a stroll around the front yard.I had just watered the plants.Last night Fritz went up with Mom,then he came back down and got under the little couch and started growling at me.i asked him what he wanted,thought he wanted me to go to bed so I turned off the computer.Instead,he goes to the cellar door and wants treats,told him he had enough,then he went upstairs.Mom told me to get him some of his new fgood,he aste that up,then slept with Mom..At some point he came to bed with me and around 20 after 2,he started whining,told hom to be quiet and go to sleep,he did.About 2 hours later,he heard something outside,started barking and after that was in the kitchen,he wanted a drink,so Mom got him a drink,that was what he whining about earlier.He was quiet after that,either sleeping on hte ohter side of the bed or right tight to me.This morning,we had toast,bacon and eggs,didn't want toast,had a little bacon and eggs,went outside for a stroll and is now laying in the front window.

Fritz gazing out from the front step this morning.As you can tell by the wet spots,we had a little rain yesterday,quarter of an inch,helps a little ,though we need much more,it has been a dry summer here.Fritz went to bed with Mom and around midnight woke her up wanting a drink of water.Sometime later he got up on my bed and slept at my feet,never heard him get up.At 20 after 5,he went to Mom wanted Mom to get up,Mom didn't so he stayed there.Crawled up with Mom as she read the paper,had my cereal,then went out on the front lawn wandering,came in and had a big run,ended up on Mom's chair.Fritz now under the dining room table,protecting a sock that Mom had dropped,my sock.

Fritz with my sock late this morning.He only gave it up when he heard the mail coming to the front door.Mom gone to gift shop,one person was on holidays,another didn't bother or doesn't want to do it.I just finished edging the East flowerbed,looks much nicer,also di half of another for a family friend who was having company.This friend of ours is going to be 90 in November,doesn't look it.

Oh Fritz there you are again outside among the pretty flowers with your handsome self right in the midst. What a pretty sight you must make to passersby. Barry, your lawn is so nice and green. Mine is pretty much burnt out now from lack of rain. Fritz, you give that sock back to Barry. He doesn't need holes in his socks. My Bella used to love to steal socks too. Now the only thing that she really still steals is tissues.
