Have you determined and confirmed HOW MUCH MONEY they are charging "per day"?

You initially thought it would be $8.00 per day.
Balcom Canyon told me it was $12.00 per day ...

BUT if he stayed for 31 days or longer, the "Monthly Rate" of "only" $10.00 per day applied.

You need to insist that they "re-figure" ALL the first 31 days at the $10.00 rate ...
or Add up ALL the money in Moah's account and divide by $10 = the number of days
he SHOULD be credited with.

The TOTAL number of DOLLARS collected and paid to them is an important number.

Phred - I asked Kelly about this, as she reported the rate was $10 AFTER 30 days. She seemed to think it was the FIRST 30.

The kennel I worked at had this policy...so I believe Kelly will be paying $12 a day for the first 30.

ETA: I found her post on P 6:

Uppydate on Balcom's Rates...I found out that it IS $12/day for kitties to stay and as per ASHLEY (everyone remember that...at 2:52pm on Aug 3) I spoke with her. (I'm sorry I didn't call until then, its been my day full of doctors appts, pharmacies and battling with my new COBRA, or lack of insurance...ugh!!! ) After he's been there a month, it goes to $10/day.

If you stay in a Hotel or Motel, the "Weekly rate" applies at the beginning of the FIRST week -

This is a $62 per month difference - certainly worth arguing for!

Well - if she quoted what she was told - the monthly won't kick in for a month. Unless they will charge retroactively.

All I am saying is that the kennel I worked at had the same policy...and it meant, to use this case, that it was $12 a day from day 1 to day 30.

I know it is well worth fighting for, just don't know what grounds Kelly will have for that.

A double room at the kennel for my two is $20 a day...no breaks for me, even though I am still a friend and liked person there!

Yes Kelly they called my work ## at 7:20pm last night.. I guess they didnt think about Tx 2 hrs ahead of CA..
