Ever taken three dogs to the vet at once???

Well, this was the first time I've ever attempted taking all the dogs to the vet at once....They were shockingly wonderful. The only one I heard a sound from was Beanie. Of course. He's the brat of the bunch. Gracie decided she was going to be miss drama queen again and woller and roll around until she had EVERYONE'S eyes on her. Marley was a perfect angel! She just sat there and was so well mannered. The perfect puppy!

Anyway, Everyone has their updated rabies tags and once again we are all HW negative! YAY! I'm really enjoying this working at my vet's office. All 3 blood tests, 2 stool samples, 3 rabies shots and 2 sets of annual vaccines was only $40!!! I also found out that Marley isn't as young as I thought she was. She's 6 months old! I was thinking more like 4 months. Looks like someone will be getting spayed soon!

We did have a mess though. Marley decided she was just too nervous and laid a pile of nasties in the van on the way home. Oh well, what can you expect from a new puppy?

I did it one time, late last year, Lexie. I took Mack, Honey and Lilly (RB) at the same time as all had a tummy ailment and I was at my wit's end. And you know what? We survived, too! I was shocked that I could pull it off, but I was that desperate. Glad it worked out for you, too.

WOW! 6 cats at once! I bet that was quite a trip. We have some clients come in with 1 cat and they can hardly handle them.

Wow, you did get a nice discount at the Vets. Glad they all
cooperated so well for you. I would never try 3 dogs unless they were
    maybe, puppies in a basket.

Well taking that many did require a lot of prep and one helper! But all went smoothly though aside from some hissing now and again having so many carriers packed into an SUV. LOL

    Go for THREE!

While Bowser was with us, we always did THREE at a time!!

Cinder "liked" Doc Mike from Day 1; when we "added" Smokey; he was at first
    terrified of MEN!
Cinder went along for company, and Doc worked with Smokey on the first couple of visits.
Soon Doc was moved onto to Smokey's "Favorite Folks" list, but Cinder & Smoke continued to
have combined Vet visits on a Y-Thingy.

Along came Bowser ... why change a good thing?
I remember a few eyeballs got kinda BIG when ALL THREE of the Amigos
dashed in the Clinic door hooked up on their Three-way Y-Thingy the first time ...

But White Coat visits always went pretty well.
There was often a <GASP> in the waiting room if someone had come in while we were
all in the exam room ... THREE Dawgs dancing out, all tied together, must not be a
super-common sight in Vet waiting rooms.

The only "problems" we ever had were Cinder-related.
"Doc's Girls" sometimes "fumbled" the hook-up between the Y-Thingy and the exam-table tether ...
Cinder never misses an opportunity ... turned loose, she'll go see the sights.
She's managed to find her way into the Recovery Room more than once ...
Lil Miss Sunshine sayin "HI" to all the surgical recovery patients. Doc always knew where to look!

Last visit she got seperated from the other two and found a NEW place ...
Doc stores the Prescription Food up on the scond floor of the remodeled "house" that's the Clinic.
    "HEY ... where's Cinder??"
Girl #1 - "Oh ... ya know, I think I heard her goin UPstairs! ... CINDER!"
Doc suggested #1 might wanna go up and CHECK a lil harder ...
Sure 'nuff ... "Here she is ... *sniffin* the cat food!"

I guess now that we're back to only Two ... ... it won't be so hard to
    keep track of 'em ...

    Miss ya, Bowz!!
