Prayers needed for Shiloh!

Is there any news on Shiloh yet. I hope that she is going to be okay. I have been thinking about her all day. I send big *mind* hugs and kisses her way with lots of good thoughts and prayers for her to get better.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers. Shiloh is still at the vet and will be for a while I'm sure. They have her stabilized, but she's still in pretty bad shape. They don't think she has any broken bones, but she has internal bleeding and blood in her lungs. They're worried about her getting pneumonia from the blood in her lungs. She also has a couple of wounds, I'm not sure how bad they are. They have her sedated to keep her stable. I'll update if I find out anymore info.

OMG... the poor thing! How in the world did she get hit by a train?? Does she have a hearing impairment that she didn't hear it and move out of the way fast enough? Gosh... I sure hope she will be ok. Poor poor girl. That is just so sad.

I was so shocked and saddened to hear hear about Shiloh's accident I didn't even know what to say when I first read it
I'm glad to hear that they have her stabilized and I hope she can pull through this.

No she doesn't have a hearing impairment. She got loose chasing a cat...ran across the tracks, then tried to run back when the train was coming. It didn't run over her, but it hit and rolled her.

They just moved into a new house, basically so they could keep Shiloh (they were in a duplex before that didn't allow dogs) then this happens.

Good news! I just talked to my boss, Shiloh is doing much better. She's no longer sedated, she's up walking around. She said the vet tech said you'd never know she was hit by a train yesterday. The internal bleeding has stopped, I guess she's still having a bit of lung troubles, but improving. She'll likely be able to go home later today or tomorrow.
