Catty ~ It is my understanding that this is just a temporary freeze. There are soooooooooo many pets needing funding right now, that iMOM felt it was necessary to stop new applications until some of the current PINs (Pets in Need) had been fully funded.

Things are looking up, though. Verizon donated $100 per each PIN recently. Becky Kincaid (kitty that requires chemo) was just moved to All Funds Raised. Several others are nearing their full funding amount, so iMOM will probably start accepting applications again soon.
