Well, it doesn't matter if these profit mongers have purebreds or popular hybrids, they shouldn't be breeding to begin with. There's plenty of purebreds in shelters too.

It's all the rage! It's not a "poodle mix", it's a "hybrid", or so say the breeders. Here's a very recent article on "hybrids" from our local paper (with pictures):

I'll admit, they sure are cute.

But I am sticking to rescues, myself. I like the idea that the adoption fee I paid is going to help other dogs down the line.

I'm not even going to get into this. I've voiced my opinion of this many times. I think it's stupid that "breeders" , if they can even be called that, breed these mixed breed dogs and act like they are something specail. I also can't believe that people are dumb enough to fall for it.

It just makes me mad that I have personally seen more than one "desighner" breed be pts because a home could not be found for it.
