    Double wammo

MY MOM put two us in the same portoprison. Can you imagine that? I bet she'll never be able to do that again. She was SO surprised that she was able to do it. We know better now. Next time we're going to put HER in that nasty container. The alternative would be to scratch her and bite her. She won't be happy, but our happiness comes first.

We will have to admit that we couldn't wait to get back in that thing after the lady with the white coat gave us our shots and poked things in our ears and rears.

I think this cruel behavior is running rampant! Somebody must call the authorities!

    Help!

    Message from Mom

Hey, I got stuck too! To the tune of $57.84 for FIP and FLV vaccinations.

The first time I took Luna to the Scary Lady in a White Coat, she let out such a loud YOWL! when she got her ears cleaned (she was born on a farm and, until I adopted her, was an outside cat...so her ears were a bit dirty) she could be heard down the hall! Everyone was surprised that such a tiny, dainty girl (at the time, about 2 pounds) cound make such a noise!

Yes, Don Juan and Zerlina, a visit to the Scary Man/Lady in a White Coat can be traumatizing....but you should see us Humans when we have to visit the dentist! Anyway, I hope your Meowme gave you a special treat when you got home to help you recover from the abuse

There's always the furniture to claw afterwards!
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

    Dear DJ and Z,

Your bravery under adversity is awe inspiring. We are going to dedicate our first after mid-morning nap's treat to YOU TWO.

    Wow,

    Cassy and Livvy
I'm sometimes asked "Why do you spend so much of your time and money talking about kindness to animals when there is so much cruelty to men?" I answer: "I am working at the roots." -George T. Angell, reformer (1823-1909)

Thank you, Popcornbird for creating this tribute to Summer starring Livvy and Cassy
