awww! I'm glad they found him, I don't know why people get animals like that and then dump them. Why not just take them to a zoo or at least some where they can get help

*Some people come into your life and quickly go, but some leave footprints on your heart and you are never the same*
*We only fall so we can learn to pick ourselves back up*
*Life is not measured by the amount of breaths we take but by those that take our breath away*
*Life is made of millions of moments, but we live only one of these at a time. As we begin to change this moment we begin to change our lives*
Zoos get so many offers for large reptiles, if they took them all in there wouldn't be room for any other animals!
Thank you Wolf_Q!
Yep.. here in Ontario, Zoos & other places will take the animals off your hands & they usually destroy themOriginally Posted by CathyBogart
Thats why I freaked out when Chad called the SPCA in Axle saying Axle tried to attack him (total BS), then the SPCA said they were more then likely gonna take him away... Luckly I fought & seem to have won *scratches head*... they said they'd call to let me know if they were taking him... never got a call back.. I made a load of calls & the Toronto Zoo said they think he has the best chance with me as hes like a dog & not a wild snapper by all means... & the law does say that if a child takes one as a pet there is NO punishment... So I win :P
But the thought of turning him over to a zoo or something like that was horrible, as I know what the outcome is (they lie to you, I knew several people that worked at zoos when i was younger & thats what they all told me)... so I have NO trust with them at all.
