Sautée ground turkey with finely chopped carrot, celery, onion, fresh garlic, parsley, salt and pepper with a little bit of olive oil. When the meat is browned add 1/2 cup of white wine and some water and simmer for about 30 minutes or so until all the liquid is absorbed. Cook the pasta is the meantime as per package directions.
