Hmmm, my Creamsicle has lost more weight, too, although she's eating normally also. Maybe she and Thumper have joined a weight loss program for cats and didn't tell us. Gotta watch those girlish figures, y'know.
    Blessings,
    Mary

Nutri-cal is 30 calories per teaspoon.
I can give 3 tsp per 10 lbs of body weight a day.

Prayers for Thumper! I hope she keeps eating like a little machine and some weight is sure to come back on!

I'm sorry to hear that she's lost weight. I hope that the nutri-cal will help her. Lots of prayers and positive thoughts are being sent her way.

We were able to get Thumper in to our regular vet.
They took enough blood to run a full panel on her (checking liver, kidneys etc). We get results tomorrow.
He suspects an over active thyroid problem, thus medication would solve the problem.
She is on Prescription A/D and inhaled what I gave her this morning.
The true test will be later today, up until 11:30 a.m. she hadnt eaten since 8:30 p.m. last night. Only started to eat when I called the vet's office and they said come in within 40 minutes (it takes 20 mins to get there).

Sounds like Thumper is still training her meowmy!

Glad she is eating...and a high thyroid can be dealt with. Hope all works out!
