It's getting worse in the Oxford area, water is still rising and will peak tomorrow morning there. They're running out of sand bags too. I'm of course interested in news from this area, as John's sister and BIL live there.

I found a site with a link to an Oxford radio station, have been listening to that for the past hour.

This is some of the latest news from BBC.

Oxfordshire has been particularly badly hit with hundreds of homes flooded over the weekend leaving thousands of people without power.

The River Thames is expected to burst its banks later and some homes in Oxford have already been evacuated.

Meanwhile, Standlake, Newbridge and Stanton Harcourt are reportedly under water with homes now being evacuated.
