Didn't the same thing happen to someone else earlier? or last year? The basket looks like the same type... I wonder how that bird family turned out..

I found it kind of poetic

A question arise though, how do you water the flowers without disturbing them?

How sweet!!! I just love watching bird nests! The parents are so attentive! How fun! You'll have to try and get pictures after they hatch!

Wow, that's a classy nest they found there, and so sweet! It will be such fun when they hatch, and of course, great entertainment for the kitties - from the inside, hopefully!

    Your flowers are beautiful!

Very carefully. I watch till the momma leaves and then I water around the sides of the basket away from the nest. Unfortunately that isn't working the best for the petunias so I may have a very ugly flower basket before it's over.

Agree 1,000%! How sweet! Welcome, baby wrens. Cassie Cat would be hiding under the sofa, spooked by fluttering wings.

We have babies! I checked yesterday and it looked like momma was still sitting on the eggs but today she and Daddy are busy bringing food. I peeked in and saw at least two little bald babies.

I'll try to get pictures in a day or so.

Oh boy, what fun. Are you providing some food as a present?
