    Since her cere hasn't changed colors yet she is very young but she isn't that young since she doesn't have any bars on her forehead.

    I think Ozzy is a cute name for a girl.

    according to this site http://www.budgieplace.com/age.html She is approximately 4-6 moths old, based on her eye coloring. Pretty neat!

    I swear the cere (spot above the beak where the nostrils are found) on my moms Budgies change!!.. When I bought her the first one (white cere) I changed to blue as he matured. I bought her a Green Budgie with a light blue cere and it changed to dark brown as she matured... I think your budgie, Ozzy, will most likely change to be a male (Blue cere) as he matures.. He looks fairly young still.
