Baozi (Char Siew Bao) is actually a favourite of mine. But I always buy them from a reputable source. I have heard that in China, anything goes into them.
A friend of mine bought a can of nuts one Xmas, the product came from China, and when he opened the can, all that was inside was a dirty glove.
