My mothers brother (R.I.P) Had a Blue Tick named Alfie. He stayed outside in the barn all the time because he was huntin dog and no one wants your only huntin dog to be an inside dog. Thats really the only good reson I have ever hear someone say. The barn was always warm and when the weather got really really bad outside Alfie was aloud to stay in the den so he wouldn't get to cold .
