I've been looking on getting a S3 myself but then I think I settled on a Fuji. Anyway, just wanted to point out that there's tons of S2's for sale on Ebay. I saw some that were brand new and there were some that came with great deals like memory cards, bags and even tri-pods!

My first camera was a Fuji -
LOVED it -
second camera
FUJI
LOVED it - had it LESS than a YEAR and it started screwing up - I sent it in for fixing - still did it - sent it back - it was going to cost $180 to fix it - I refused b/c I could buy another one for that price or half of one (s2)
bought a 3rd smaller FUJI camera while #2 was still working- love it and it still works - gave it to my parents
I loved Fuji until I ran into that issue with the 2nd camera - Now I'm on Canon and Nikon I suppose.

I've been trying to figure out which camera I want. I've been choosing between an S2 (probably s3, but not sure), a Fuji s700, and Nikon D40. I don't think I'll have enough money for the Nikon, I'll have to save a while.

Anywho, thanks for telling me that! I'll have to look into it a bit more now! See if it has gotten any sort of negative reviews.
