Fritz resting on the carpet and cooling off on the air register.Fritz begged like crazy for lunch,did the same for supper,had some shortcake for dessert,cleaned off my first course of Shepherd's pie.Had a big play with his Rabbit Squeaky.After supper.He was in the chair and Mom on the couch,he sat and begged and talked wanting mom to open up the curtains.Mom got a big laugh from that.Tonight, he nosed his leash that was hanging up,he wanted to go out.He just had some ice Cream from a Nestle Drumstick.N rain or thunder yet,we need it basd,things are drying up here.The stone for dad's grave should be in on Thursday,was supposed to be Monday.There has been a railway strike in India where the Granite is coming from.Mom is not impressed by how long it is taking

Fritz sleeping in his "Den" last night.Years ago,Fritz's ancestors made dens out of twigs and leaves,he makes his own by digging at the bedspread just right and lays down.He waited for me to go to bed.As soon as I turned the T.V off,off he went upstairs.He first slept on the carpet and then on the bedspread.not sure if he ahd cereal.He had a slept in a chair in the livingroom and now is in the corner of the kitchen napping.Didn't get any storms,no rain,really neeed it,lawns are browning up and i can't cut grass like this,we need a good rain here.
Fritz on Mom's knee this afternoon,laying at the back door,tonight barking at the water bottle.he wanted the bottle up there,so he then starts barking at,it wasn't moving,knocked it off and put it back and he barked again.he has already gone up with Mom,some kids setting off firecrackers tonight,he was barking at it,our big day is Sunday it is Canada Day,our birthday and would have been Mom and dad's 57th Anniversary,mom is taking flowers to the cemetery.Fritz earlier today sat and begged for the drapes to be open,likes the hot sun.Getting my new car tomorrow,will get a picture of it.my buddy is right beside,he will go to bed when I do after So You Think You Can Dance,hopefully no more firecrackers.
Fritz snoozing away on Mom's bed.Last night went up to the window,heard Firecrackers and was barking,then came down here to me and as soon as I turned the TV. off he took off and waited for me to come.Fritz then took off upstairs.He wasn't in the window and Mom hadn't seen him.I went in to my bedroom and turned on ther lights and there was Fritz sitting on my bed waiting or me.Fritz couldn't get settled on the bed,so got down ands slept on the bedspread.At 20 after 4 this morning,I heard Fritz sounded like he was choking or coughing up something,I asked him if he was alright and he soon settled down and after that he shook himself and curled up and he started dreaming.At 5:30,he went to Mom's bedroom to curl up and stayed there for 2 hours.Fritz now sleeping in ther kitchen,he is very lazy to start the day,tazkes a while to get revved up.he di come down here to me this morning,I blew on a water bottle,He came up for it and I threw it,he went and grabbed it and took off with upstairs to play with.
