Favorite TV commercials

I like the one where the guys like "Honey, what does this switch do" and he tells her to look but she doesnt, and he's flicking it on and off and going "On, off. On, off." and it ends up it's the neighbor's garage door and it keeps pounding the neighbor's car... LoVe It!

[Lady's Human]

My new favorite is a Valvoline commercial.

It starts out with "Oil and water don't mix"

Then it cuts to a guy working on his car in the garage. He scrapes his knucke and the voice over says "But blood and oil mix just fine"

Running joke in our family about working on cars: "If you bleed on it, it'll work"

I like the Labatts Blue commercial where the guys phone rings at work and this voice comes on and says

"Steve where are you? it's Saturday"

and Steve says "I told you never to call me at work"

the screen flashes over to a couple of guys at the lake fishing and it's a fish calling him on the phone and he yells over to the other fisherman and fish "He's not coming" and then goes back to the phone and says "real nice Steve.... we were biting this morning.... we were BITING this morning" and hangs up on him. LOL

I also get a pretty good giggle out of the Home Depot commercial (I think it's home depot)

A girl about 13 is in the kitchen with her dad and she's like "Ugh this fridge is so OLD .... we need a new one. and whats up with these cupboards. I think it's time for a change dad"

And the dad starts looking around the kitchen planning the changes and the girl leaves the kitchen

Flash over to the living room where mom is sitting on the couch reading a magazine

The girl walks past her mother and her mom hands her some money for dropping the hint to dad LOL. It's cute.

Or the one where the mother says to the little boy "I want new floors but I don't know how to tell your father" and the little boy yells out "DAD MOM WANTS NEW FLOORS" and then smiles at his mom.

the commercial ends with the little boy's voice yelling "MOM DAD WANTS A MOTORCYCLE" lol

there is another one too but I can't find the clip for it. I can't remember the car either. Get that when hubby gets home. Anyway the commercial is a new car parked under a lamp post. The lamp post is full of crows. The crows all poop on the car. The guy comes out gets in the car and turns it on. When he turns it on the car shakes off like a dog and covers all the crows except one with poop. The one crow that remains clean looks disgustedly at the other birds in a kinda like I told you so fashion. It is hilarious.

my favorite dog related dog commerical is the one where a small mixed breed is running hard, chased by a rottie, they go past several people and the rotties gaining ground...the smaller dog jumps into an open car window, the human drives off saying, as the small dog looks out of the window, at the rottie..."i told you she had a boyfriend"...

Of course, most of my favorites are realted to NASCAR. Tony has one where he is giving advice to all the other drivers how to "fix" they track mishaps...what type of fence to use, paint, etc.

Another good one is the "creepy, desert guys" chasing Dale Jr. He tells them just becuase there is BUD on the car, doesn't mean there is BUD in the car.

And there is the Dale Jarett commerical where is dad tries to steal the truck...and so many other good Dale Jarret/Michael Waltrip commericals.

Another good one is the Gillette, Phantom, with the NASCAR drivers, where they all get their head shaved. They figure out it was Kasey Kahne, and shave his head to look like Bozo the Clown.

Yep, I really like that one, too. It makes me laugh every time. Right now I also like the Comcast (or is it Verizon) commericial about the cable/fibre optics guy, and the little boy ('nice truck"). But I think my all time favorite doggie commercial is the PetsMart commerical with the little dachshund and the "Bobo" toy. I love that commerical and could watch it over and over and have a huge smile on my face every time.
