    I see y'all truly are children of the 60's as you don't remember where the Purple Onion is/was - it's in SAN FRANCISCO! In fact, I think it's still around, although I haven't been there in eons.

    Catty1, I actually have that album! Also, Bob Newhart performed a lot of his comedy routines there.

    LOL, Maybe the Next Thursday Event should have teh theme of "the Summer of Thursday" or the "Thursday of Love" ?

    OMGosh, did I miss out on the whole clambake???
    I've been preoccupied with a sick dog all week, and have not been doing my usual cruising the PT threads. And I'm living in the middle of clambake heaven, there's even big professionally catered ones here. I'll bet Thursdays was lots more interesting.
