What a wise, wise Mommy you've got there, Zoe! We say it here on Pet Talk all the time..."time and patience works wonders, time and patience!!!" And I say it all the time, it never ceases to amaze me how many worthy, deserving, amazing creatures are surrendered to shelters. If only there were more wise and compassionate humans out there going the rescue route as your family did! Rescue saves lives You were one of the lucky ones sweetheart and I couldn't be happier for you, Zoe! You were a diamond in the rough and after a little "time and patience," you are finally being cherished for the sparkling gem of a girl that you are! Did I mention how beautiful you are? I wish I were there to give you a big hug and kiss in person; I hope your Mom will do that for me! Congratulations on your induction into the Dog of the Day Hall of Fame, sweetheart!
