Where in Michigan are you or where did Howard come from? Elmer first turned up (that we know of) somewhere around Dexter.

That's great that Howard takes time to smell the roses (or lilacs, anyway).

Elmer has that little smudge like Howard's right under his lower lip, so he looks like he's smiling with his mouth open a bit.
