I think it's neat that she's from the dance themed litter...just means that it was meant to be![]()
How about Rumba or Jazz? Ahh, I can't wait to see pictures!

REST IN PEACE GRACIE. NOT A DAY GOES BY THAT I DON'T MISS YOU.
Yay! Congratulations, Devan. She really is adorable. I think you should name her Dance if that is the name you had picked out for your next Toller (but if you decide not to, I really like the name Jazz). I hope you don't mind but I checked out the breeders website, and her sire is very handsome (hope she grows up to look like Dad, teehee). Now you will have to learn to deal with that Toller yell though, lol
.
Thanks again you guys.
I talked to her breeder today, and she's fine with my wanting to name her Dance, so I think that's what it's going to be!
Joyce, her Tango is a really nice dog. I met my pup's full older brother while I was at her house, and I met her full older sister last year at a show. Both of them took on a lot of his qualities, so I'm hoping mine will as well. I really, really like Bounce (her mom) too though. Lol, getting used to the scream won't be too hard I'm sure. Tango's got something pretty close to it already! Fortunately she doesn't use it often.
To be honest: and it will probably make you mad. I thought the picture of her Tango looked pretty monsterous. 20.45 inches and 52 pounds is at the high height and weight limit for a toller. He's pushing into the standards for a golden retriever and he looks like one too. I think the mother has much nicer type for a toller.
"There are two things which cannot be attacked in front: ignorance and narrow-mindedness. They can only be shaken by the simple development of the contrary qualities. They will not bear discussion."
Lord John Emerich Edward Dalberg Acton
He is pretty big, and she herself admitted that, but in person he doesn't remotely resemble a Golden. He's smaller than my own Tango in height. And personally, I haven't met many (mature) male Tollers smaller than 20 inches, and most were about his weight as well.
