have you already taken Haus to a vet? I would highly recommend that to see if he is suffering from anything organic.

What you can do anyway is take him outside whenever he pees somewhere inside and - that is very important - do it the moment you catch him, otherwise it has no effect. Do not make many words, just take him out and let him pee there, then give him a reward and go back inside.
