    How do you fix the teriyaki chicken Kay? Marinate and then grill? Your meal sounds perfect! The chicken fajita meal also appeals to me.

    what IS tilapia? I keep seeing it on menus and then googling says it is a small fish? Is it a specific type of fish or just a name for small pan fish??

    Tonight we had pasta with peppers, onions and italian sausage - a favorite of mine Dessert was lowfat chocolate ice cream topped with strawberries.

    talapia is a very mild white fish that has become very popular, my kids really like it.
    don't breed or buy while shelter dogs die....

    Last night I did it all on the BBQ.
    Marinated chicken thighs
    Veggie skewers (cherry toms, yellow pepper, mushrooms)
    grilled eggplant slices
