I'm leaving on Saturday!!

Thank you everyone!! I'm kind of scared to go on the plane by myself now. lol I did it once when I was 12 by myself... but my parents walked me to the gate. Now I've gotta do everything myself and I'm scared! (I'm sure it's easy, but the thought doesn't help)

I wasn't too sure the first time I had to go on a plane myself either. What airline are you flying? I've only been on Delta, so I don't know much about the other areas of the airport. After you check your luggage (you'll be alone after that), just go through the line where they check you (ID required) and your carry-on bag (you'll have to take off your shoes/belt) and past that just follow the signs to the correct gate, it is labeled well. If you want to bring a drink on the plane, you'll have to buy one past those gates, they won't let you take one with you (they took my water bottle last time). I checked when I got there that I was at the right gate, then just waited for them to say they were boarding. It's pretty simple, but I understand why you are scared, I was nervous the first time too. If you have any questions I'll try to help since I just flew a few weeks ago.
