    Bad News!

    I just got a call from The guy I am getting the birds from, and the Grey Girl Has gone to The Rainbow Bridge! A dog got loose and got her. He was so Upset! I am still going to be going to get the other girl. But this was so sad! Poor Baby!

    My Order of Chicks, which includes 3 Buff Silkies, will be shipped June 13th.

    Speckles is Here!

    Speckles the hen is here. after a 4 hour round trip for me, and a 3 hour trip for her, she is here and settling in nicely. She is just adorable! She was great the whole ride, and never said a peep. as soon as I put her in the coop she immediately jumped into a nest box, so she could lay an egg! he he he he! I will post pics later, once she has a chance to settle in and get comfy!
