I'm glad I saw this before you left for the hospital. I remember you mentioning a bad knee (or knees) but I didn't realize you had scheduled surgery. We will, of course, miss you but are wishing that as a result of this you will be pain free! If I lived closer I would volunteer to take care of D&D while you are laid up, but then, of course, you would have to fight me to get them back.

I hope the surgery goes well, and that you will be feeling better in no time. You will definitely be in my thoughts and prayers all week, and I do hope we can get some updates during the week.

Thanks so much everyone for the PT thoughts and prayers. I am overwhelmed by all the great comments here. My daughter will be my PT correspondent--I have an ulterior motive to get her to join anyway
