    I have a question.......

I would looooove to someday be able to attend one of these meetings.... but I would have to fly to and not sure about the doggies tagging along.....(flight rules and all, I mean do I need anything special when flying other country, do they need quarantine?).......

well the main question is.....IF I flied my doggies with me (after clearing out all the requirements for it) I could send the application and money and all, but would I have to send them like 3 months ahead so they can get it on time?, will they ever ship me the permit? will they even give me one being from other country?..... what about if our "rabies" law is different..... I mean we have rabies campaing every year and my girls get their shot if not every year one yes one don´t..... the rest of the shots are just given as puppies (I don´t over vaccinate)......and what if I do my own shots...... for rabies only if you go to a vet office they MAY give you a license proving so, but if you got to free campaings they just give you a paper stating you did (and this is goverment given)...... and besides we even have different types of vaccines than the ones in the states.......different "cepas" (not sure translation of that )
I´m not going this year but maybe I can plan for the next one with more time and knowledge

Well ... we'd all Love to see you in Ohio ...

BUTT I'd bet that would be one VERY Expensive plane ride from Mexico to Ohio!
And if you toss in a Doggie or two ... WOW! Big Bucks!

You'd spend a LOTTA Money for a 6 hour Picnic ... with no guarantee the sun would shine.

It might be more satisfying (and a darn lot CHEAPER) to round up some of the
SOUTHERN USA Pet Talkers and hold a Gathurin "down South".

Jump on the Internet and see how much the round-trip Airfare would be ...
    you'd be flying into Toledo, or Columbus, Ohio as first choices;
and Cincinnati, or Cleveland, Ohio as second choices.

Everything else can be arranged with proper planning.

Oh you betcha Amy We leave next Friday! Only 5 more days of work! Doing the happy dance

Isabel that would be so wonderful if you could visit sometime. Like Phred said it would probably be heck of a lot cheaper if you decided to come without the dogs (even though we'd all love to meet them!)....we've got lots of extra dogs you could hang with

Question What are we serving to the 4-Leggers?

    Hey FurKids ~

Got any Special Requests for Dawg Park Treets?

Or more to the Point - do you have any "Restrictions" -
or stuff you're NOT "supposed" to eat??

We're pretty sure lil Chipper hazza "short list" of acceptable treets ...
AnyBody ELSE need a special diet or treet?

Bowser "was" supposed to be on a super-restricted diet - Nuffin but Hills "s/d" inna kan ...
but since he went onna Hunger Strike about a week ago ...
Dad gives him ANYthing he'll even take a couple bytes of!

Last Sona-Gram sed that pesky "bladder stone" was STILL in there ...
so the "stone disolvin" "Steak-inna-Kan" dint seem to be doin much disolvin!
An now Bowz doesn't think it tasts like "steak" anymore ...
he'll munch a few pieces iffin it's wrappen inna Salami Slice ...
but "plain steak" wedges don't have much appeal.

So put Bowz down fur "Anything is Fine" ... he's back to bein Our kinda Dawg!

We'll bake up a plate of doggie carob-chip cookies as a special treat! Sherman's on a diet, (it ain't just "all fluff" anymore ), but we'll look the other way for this special occasion.

OK, the other night i was whining that we couldn't go to this... and boy did i see the wheels turning in S.O.'s head! Yay! We might get to come, but i doubt it. Still... it's changed from no to a possibility!!! (I still have to get over my cold though )

No, Koli doesn't get to come because she is a big bully and doesn't remember to keep her manners. She only lets bigger bullies tell her no.

So, are there any fees for the hyooomans? Is it too late. All I've seen is the dog registration info. I thought i asked about this before, but now i can't find it.

IF we do come I'd like to bring Wysong cat treats for the pooches. Is there anyone that would have a problem with these?

For the two leggers I'd like to bring pretzels that are made in Essexville. They are DELICIOUS!

Please, if your dog is arthritic look into getting it Elk Velvet Antler. Look up my posts on it, PM me, or look it up on a search engine; but please if you love your dog and want it to live many more years consider this option. I've seen so many posts on here about dogs needlessly suffering. I can't make a new post about EVA every time so this plea is going here. EVA also helps with other ailments such as anemia.

Maybe next year... the cold i had turned into something worse. Possibly P-monia. I've pretty much spent the past four days in bed. We even found someone to temp-foster Koli for a few days so i can get some rest.

At least S.O. is now open to gatherings. When i first joined PT he wasn't. A lot has changed over the years though. And he realizes he would at least have fun at a gathering of pet people with their pets. (I've talked him into going to some other gatherings with me... that were less than his cup of tea.)

So, even though i can't go to this years I'm still doing a happy dance. He up to PT gatherings now! ...and who knows... next year i may even have my own dog to bring with me.

    You read our minds.

Chipper can have treats that are organic or homemade.

We've had success with Solid Gold, Zuke's Mini Naturals, Old Mother Hubbard, My Doggy Bites, and Wellness brands.

Things that are no-no's are treats that are loaded with preservatives and/or fillers. Things like Beggin' Strips, ect. will make him one sick puppy.

We'll be bringing treats he can digest, so even if no one else has the above mentioned stuff, he won't go without.
