I saw it on tv last night. They beat him so badly he's in a "halo" traction to keep his head still. Three boys beat the living crap out of him. One kid is in juvenile detention, the other one is in lockdown and may be there till her turns 21. The third kid said he "joined in" because he wanted to see what it was like to kick a teacher.

The iPod owner had it so loud, the teacher said HE could hear the music and it was distracting him. iPods have no business in the classroom, PERIOD. Those kids are there to get an education. UGH!!!!

I could never be a teacher. I have a hard enough time dealing with screaming children in a store let alone an enclosed classroom.
