Virgina city is a very fun place but since Ive lived here so long I guess the "tourist trap" feel to the place drives me off. Tahoe is fun of course, but just as close is Pyramid Lake and Washoe Lake, two good places to visit if you love looking at wildlife. Also, investegate websites about ghost towns and ruins, there are alot of historic sites around this area that arent exactly publicised but are really NEAT to see!
