    Such an emotional roller coaster! No wonder you can't see straight. Should be a nice happy anniversary day with a soaring buiild up to the wedding this weekend and . . . plunge down the hill faster than you can imagine.

    I am so sorry for your loss. I hope that having your family near to you during this time will help you get through this difficult time.

    Dr. G., my thoughts and prayers to you. I think a headstone gives family a place to go and remember their loved one. I have a friend who died in his early 30s from complications of undiagnosed diabetes, and although he was cremated, we had a forsythia bush planted in the park as a remembrance. It is a nice place to go and think happy memories, especially this time of year when it's blooming. If you need anything, please say the word.

    There is NO need to apologize. I am so sorry you're having to go through all of this at once, let alone at separate times. Things happen for a reason honey. Your brother's passing definitely has a reason, as strange at that may sound. What that reason is you may NEVER now. I still have lots of questions about when my Dad was found dead.

    I wish I had the funds to fly out there and give you the hugest hug I can. All I can do is offer my deepest sympathy and love, to one of my best friends.
