I completely agree with everyone who has said she should take legal action. Stories with her whining won't get her anywhere.

I'm a little skeptical about the race part though. I suppose it's because I'm so tired of everyone going off about how "it's because I'm black, it's because I'm Mexican" etc. etc. I get it a lot, and it's just so damn stupid.
