Back from the DR's. Blood pressure, under control, dropped 5 1/2 lbs in 12 days.My blood sugar was high so I might have diabetes but DR said losing weight can change that. They are retaking the blood. Dr. said I was sane just stressed, (no kidding) but he said to walk it off. Cool. And to take fish oil pills. Can do. I am off to walk..........................
