    So I take it you didn't find the other egg then?

    They are so cute. All yellow and fuzzy. hehehe.

    I forgot to answer that part, Cass. It was no where to be found. I wonder if it broke and perhaps they ate the shell? I don't know. I just know was no where to be found in or around the cage.

    Oooohh, I miss raising chicks!

    My hen used to eat some of her eggs too. I assumed she knew they were infertile and probably ate them for nutritional benefits. One day, I'd count 10 eggs and the next day there'd be 9 or less. I'm sure it must be an instinctive survival mechanism

    That is what I was thinking. Perhaps they ate it. I know my tiels have done that in the past if an egg broke. It must not have been fertile anyway then.
