Well she landed okay and we crossed customs without to much trouble. Then we got stuck in a backup on the DC beltway (anyone who has had that experience knows what it can be like ). I will say that she is a much better traveller than Conner ... she didn't even say a peep in the car.

She is in the bathroom and out of the carrier already. I have even been able to pet her (she came up to me). She hasn't figured out what all the strange sounds are yet but she is doing okay, although I do think she might be a little tired (I know I would be).

BTW Laurie, her fur is not as soft as it looked...
