Defiantly skip the gatorade -- it is a huge myth that it's good for people and animals when they are sick. It has alot of sugar in it which upsets the balance of intestinal flora, feeding the bad bacteria, which can be the cause of the problem in the first place.
Boiled chicken and rice is good for a sensitive tummy, but to make the stool firmer I would mix potato, pumpkin, and banana -- all very good stool firmers that won't upset the tummy.

    Good luck!

Thanks so much Jordan. Gina suggested pumpkin too. I will head out now shortly to the fruit and vegetable store to get her some banana and pumpkin. We have potatoes so don't need those.

She devoured her boiled rice and chicken this morning. So far no poopie so not sure how the consistency is but man her energy level is through the roof. If that is any indication I would think she is doing pretty good. She is terrorizing Phoenix this morning. And she has not stopped for a second. In fact hubby just brought the fan up from the basement and she has a great time giving it hell. She has never seen one before.

I will keep you all updated on her stool and how she is doing. Thanks so much for caring and offering help, hugs, prayers and concern. We appreciate it so much.

Hugs to all and big sloppy puppy kisses from Artica.

    Michelle

Well no poopies so far today. It seems she has gone from diarrhea to nothing at all. She will be having her dinner in a about 1 1/2 hours so many then.

Should I be worried that she has not pooped at all yet or is this normal after going through a bout of diarrhea and fasting???

    Thanks again everyone.

    Michelle

actually that´s what fasting does......gives time to completely clean the "pipes"...... when whe eats some she´ll have something to discharge...... rice and chicken are great for upset tummys......... give her a hug from me

Yes, it's normal to have no poops for a little while.
    Hope everything comes out ok!
But... we don't need pictures!! LOL!!!
