    WELCOME HOME, RAVEN!!

I am so happy to hear that the pretty girl is home! Raven and Jess, I've been thinking and praying of you both every night. I am really glad they are helping, the vid is beautiful and the song fits it very well. Keep updating us!

Finally time to check in. Glad to see Raven is doing so well considering all she's been thru.

Aw Jess, that update really made me smile I'm so happy she's going back to the Raven you know. I can't believe she's feeling that much better already. Must be the PT forces at work. Please give her some cuddles from me. And the two Ts as well.

I'm thoroughly amazed at what an outstanding job was done on the surgery. I expected the result to *look bad* initially and it really doesn't. It is encouraging to hear that she is back to being her feisty self. Seems like the healing process has already begun.

Rachel, I really think the surgeon did an excellent job too.

I thought I'd post a couple before and after pics that show it more closely. I used a red line on the before pics to kind of show what portion of her lower jaw was removed. But really when you look at her panting, you notice the canine tooth missing more than anything, you really don't even realize there's a chunk of her jaw missing there unless you look close.

I am so glad our little girl is better now. Listen to me - OUR little girl. It almost feels like she belongs to all of us. Your video made me cry. Reminds me of all the times with my Sherry. It's amazing how we all think alike. That's what's so great about this place. You feel right at home and you're not afraid to say what you feel. Nobody laughs at you here. Great to be a part of it.

Give kisses to OUR little girl!

She looks awesome! I can't believe what a clean job they did! Amazing. It looks like the surgery was a success, let's hope it stays that way! Pretty Raven, I'm glad she's back home. Now, get to work, Jess.

Thank you guys, for keeping us in your thoughts . I must admit now that a few days have passed I'm getting a bit jittery and anxious that it might show up again. I worry it will crop back up around those front two incisors on the left. I'm trying not to but I can't help it!

I have a couple pics to share, one of all three babies from yesterday and then of Raven today after a little walk.

They apparently didn't want to sit closer together for me

What a lovely way to end off a perfectly horrible work day. Jess, thanks for posting this. Those doggie smiles speak volumes....and just look at Raven???? Looking at her, you'd never know she just came through sir jury!!!

Try not to worry Jess....easier said than done, I know. Rather than worry about the future, take ahold of the present and enjoy every day you have with her. I'm heading home now with a big smile on my face and tears of happiness in my eyes.
