    awwww cute....

I remember at my mom's old house there was a creek that ran through the back of the complex. There were tons of ducks that lived there all year round. So I would feed them seed. They started coming everyday and there were more and more and more lol. They even started "knocking" on the patio door if I wasn't out there to feed them lol.

but in the spring when they would have their babies they would bring them up to eat seed. The ducks were so used to me and so comfortable with me that their babies would come right up on me.... I could even hold them. We saved them from our neighbours cat one day.... he wasn't gonna kill them i don't think but he just wanted to .... toy with them lol. did you know ducks play dead? lol.... that cat slapping his paw on the ground and all the babies just dropped to the ground. So I went over and shoo'd the cat away and let momma collect her babies.

Ducklings and goslings are so cute.

R.I.P my dear Sweet Teddy. You will be missed forever. We love you.

This morning there was lots of commotion in our garden! One tiny little goosling was swimming in our pond ! All 4 cats were almost glued to the window, dreaming about juicy "PEKING DUCK !!!"
I tried to catch that goosling with a fishnet; but the darn thing was to fast for me and always rushed to the opposite side of the pond.

I could hardly keep all cats inside all day, so they went out after they had lunch. I was pretty asssured that this duckling was way to fast for them, so I didn't pay much attention. 2 hours later, I called them to come inside; and what did I see??? Zazou was all wet from her waist down to her paws! OMG, her fluffy tail was not fluffy anymore: all WET !!!
The duckling din't pay any attention and kept swimming around, and having lots of fun.

Awwww, isn't it a real cutie!!?

I did some shopping this afternoon, and by the time I came back, our new friend had dissapeared..... . Quack went back to his mommy, I think
I miss you enormously Sydney, Maya, Inka & Zazou Be happy there at the Rainbow Bridge
