I work out every day. I eat 800-1,000 calories a day. I try and stay away from breads and pastas as they REALLY pile on the calories. I ONLY drink water, green tea, and orange juice. I wear 15lb ancle weights every day. My legs are crazy strong! Unfortinatly, I have picked up the smoking habbit.Originally Posted by angelbow20
Because of all the stressful stuff going on a while back I wanted some sort of outlet and I just havn't stopped yet. NOT a good thing to do! You tire out a lot quicker when you are working out!
