I responded, too. Actually, I don't usually eat chocolate but I'm opposed to the degradation of the quality and nutritional value of U.S. food...even if it's a snack. (Of course, to some people, it's a major food group.)

Spoiled child, bad
Spoiled cat, good
I went on a chocolate tasting/making course with a group of girls last year and I was horrified to find out that the famous Cadbury's chocolate (not sure if you have it in America etc), is made with vegetable oil instead of cocoa butter. Apparantly quite a lot of chocolatiers subsitute the cocoa butter as they can then sell it to beauty companies for their face creams etc for a profit.![]()

Kittycats_delight (Michelle) thanks for the great signature!
I think the best chocolate is a German/Swiss brand called Milka.
It comes in a purple wrapper and World Market does carry it as do some Giant Eagles in Ohio. If you haven't tried it plese do it is so much better then the American so called chocolate. Another good brand is called Ritter. I know that Trader Joe's carry Ritter.
