    Interesting vid, don't beleive I've ever seen one before except in photos in books. Was he trying to bite her boots, is that why she wouldn't let him approach her feet? I couldn't tell exactly. He sure is a vocal guy!

    I'm not sure...maybe he was trying to nip her on the boot....but more likely he was trying to ram her....lol....they are very strong and quite heavy.

    AWWWW - what a wonderful big snuffling solid cuddle-monster! Except I would fall over if I picked him up! How much does he weigh?

    Digger is ADORABLE! And has such attitude!

    I hadn't seen a wombat - they remind me of guinea pigs on steroids!

    Nope....not even like pigs....they are a marsupial, and carry their young in a pouch, which is a little odd in wombats, as the pouch faces backwards, not forwards like kangaroos etc. They are pretty closely related to koala bears.

    What fun to see the video- I didn't know they got that big! I have only seen them in nature videos, never next to something like a human where i could tell how big they are. Hee heee! Thanks for sharing!

    I don't know what they weigh. But I do know....they are BLOODY HEAVY ....LOL. They can VERY easily knock you flying when they ram into you.
