I've only had two cars, my current one, a 1992 chevy lumina and before that I had a 1987 buick century. Both cars were "hand-me-downs" (that I had to pay for, not free), my current one from my grandma, the buick from my parents. Actually, I really like the car that I have now, its a total granny car but so far it hasn't given me much trouble...I'm not a big car person, I don't need anything fancy, I just want it to work well.

The buick ran pretty well really, I'd still have it if it weren't for wrecking it and it costing more to fix it to make it pass inspections then what its worth. But it had some issues. The radio would go out and make weird alien noises (had to buy a cd player). The passenger side door could only be opened from the inside. The drivers side window decided to stop working one day and never worked again. Man was that ever embarassing with drive-throughs, I had to open my door. It also liked to randomly die on me, stranding me in various places. After the front end was wrecked the car still worked, I drove it around for months looking like that lol.

The worst car my family has ever owned was a Ford Taurus. We will never even consider another Ford after that one. It was years ago that we had it, I can't remember all of the issues other than the transmission going out repeatedly, all I know is that my parents absolutely hated that car. My friend just bought a used Ford Taurus too and has had nothing but trouble with it as well.
