    It doesn't matter to me. As long as I'm able to reach it when I need it, I don't care how it is placed! =D

    I like it over the top. With so many people in my family and friends over we're lucky if the roll even makes it onto the holder.

    I do not care at all.....I'm just happy there's toilet paper.

    Though when I put the roll on I put it with it going over the top.
