    The type of roast honestly does better with oven roasting. They tend to dry out with long slow cooking such as in a crock pot.

    mom's pot roast is....

    always good......cinder and smoke is right!!!!.i make mine w/gingersnap gravy........mmmmmmmmm good!

    pot roast question...

    Let the fighting begin PT'r for that Pot Roast.. The girls stopped me last night when I was headed out the door headed your way.. Well at least the family enjoyed it all..

    pot roast question

    Is that what happened we were pouring the red wine down our mouths instead of on the Pot Roast.. Hikkee Uppss
